Exchange & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or differs in style from what you originally ordered, you may request an exchange. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the invoice. Ideally, it should be returned in its original packaging with the price tags intact.

Please note: We do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

RETURNS
Each of our garments is meticulously handcrafted and made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. As a result, we do not provide returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed. However, if any alterations are required, we are happy to assist.

For international orders requiring alterations, the cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. 

TAXES & DUTIES
All product prices listed reflect the maximum retail price. For international shipments, we operate on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning that the listed prices do not include import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes. These charges, as determined by the recipient’s country, must be paid at the time of delivery to release the package from customs.
